Mini pocket readers IceGun
IceGun palmtop pocket readers form a portable product range,kept down in size but with considerable versatility both in reading codes and wireless communication.
IceGun is able of reading:
- 1D Barcode or 2D Data Matrix
- HF or UHF RFID Tag
- Passive RFID&Sensing transponders for sensor data capture
- IEEE 802.15.4 or ZigBee for WSN data capture
IceGun can store data in its memory and downloading in a second time via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth. It is also able of real time data transfer performing a Wi-Fi connection
You can surf in an easy menù, also customizable upon request, using the 4 function keys and the color display for icons and text visualization.

Typical IceGun Applications
Work force tracking
By marking specific machinery, components or working environments with a tag, the work force can be accurately monitored in real time both within and outside company premises. The worker, having to read the tag with his or her IceGun, will store the operator's tag ID, date and time of the event on the device, and, if fitted with radio interface, can immediately move the data to the operational system.
Warehouse management
With IceGun it is possible to check products’ load/unload as well as making inventories of consumption material.
